Equipped with 5 high-performance oriented silicon steel decarburization units, the line speed of decarburization annealing is 37 meters per minute, the plate width is 1250mm, and the production capacity is 500,000 tons per year. The decarburization speed is fast, and the surface quality is excellent. We have a number of patented technologies in production line design and process methods, with an annual output of 500,000 tons of grain-oriented silicon steel decarburization coils, which is the most critical and important link in silicon steel production.
